INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING NOTIFICATIONS TO PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCIES. PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE MAKING NOTIFICATIONS
All site plan and subdivision applications must be referred to the appropriate local public service agencies for review. The following procedure is put in place to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving comments from these agencies:
-Include any other information that was provided to the Planning Board.
Each agency has thirty (30) days from the date of mailing to respond. Responses must be made to the Planning Department and the applicant. If no response is received within the 30-day period, the Planning Board will assume that the agency has no comments on the project.
